#1156 Save path not completely specified using browse window

Using 2.1-rc3

When specifying a save path in the advanced data adaptor, if you don't click completely through the folder heirarchy in the save path, then the path is shortened to include only the folders that you did click through.

See attached for example. The complete path in the "Save path" field should be:
/Users/wasila.dahdul/Documents/SVN/vocab/skeletal/obo/vertebrate_anatomy_edit.obo

But only the following path is recorded because I only clicked on "SVN" folder, then the file "vertebrate_anatomy_edit":
/Users/wasila.dahdul/Documents/SVN/vertebrate_anatomy_edit.obo
OE should fill in the rest of the path.

Also, the file extenstion (.obo) doesn't get appended to the file name after clicking on a file name in the browser . Results in a new file being added to the location, instead of overwriting the .obo file already existing.
