(and most likely other organisms) are annotated to the term GO:0005096 - GTPase activator activity from UniProtKB-KW:KW-0343
BUT GEFSa are not
GO:0005096 - GTPase activator activity
see the annotation comment
Note that guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) activity alters binding affinity, but not GTPase catalytic activity directly. Therefore GO:0005085 is under 'regulation of GTPase activity' but is not a 'GTPase regulator', which is reserved for cases where the action of one gene product directly alters the rate of catalysis by another gene product.
also applies to DP dissociation inhibitor

also Ran GTPase binding protein Sbp1

Hi Val,
As for the KW "cell cycle" I've also removed the KW-0343 from all these pombe entries. In this case, we need to clean much more entries from higher eukaryotes. This will need some more time and will be done progressively.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Regards
Marc.
