would be a better mapping for this domain

Thanks for the suggestion. I have added the term transcription initiation from RNA polymerase II promoter, but I have also left positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter (more specific than positive regulation of transcription, DNA-templated) because this subunit stimulates elongation by the RNA polymerase II (PMID:12354769).
