#112 Symbols placement problem when resizing the symbols pane

When you resize the left pane (more precisely, when you make it larger) when the symbol tab is active, the symbols are rearranged to fill the space horizontally.
But when you make it narrower, this does not happen, so part of the symbols are only accessible through scrolling horizontally. And this, until you restart gedit.
