#22 Provide default folder for saving calculation results

When 'Calculate' or 'Plot nVis' is selected for a project, the user is shown a default name for saving the results, but the folder in which the result file will be written is not in view. Show the user the current results folder so that s/he will know whether to use the Browse button to change the results folder. Otherwise, it is very easy for a user to lose his results when he goes looking for it later.
