#25 Re-sort 'recent files' on opening

Lets say you have 10 files in the recent files list,
such as:
file1.txt
file2.txt
.
.
file10.txt

If you then open file10.txt from the File > Open
dialog, this file does not move to the top of the
recent files list. It works correctly, however, if you
open the file straight from the recent files list.
However, it should presumably mimic the order of your
most recent files regardless of how the user has opened
them.

    * src/document.c, src/ui_utils.c:
    Reorder the recent files list if necessary when a file is
    (re)opened - closes #1552178.
