#1070 python pop up window feature change
I think this is more a feature change than a bug. I use geany for python programming. Every time I run source code a window appears right in the middle of the screen. It appears to be a python window that will show printing and such. If there are errors they are shown there. I find having my source code view blocked by this pop up irritating, and having to close it after each trial run repetitively irritating. Is there any way that this information could be put down in the message area under a python tab and not popping up as a distraction?
I am running v 1.24.1 under Fedora 20. Thanks, and if there is a way to turn this popup off, I would appreciate knowing how. I have not been able to find it in the preferences.
You could run your Python program in the VTE (see edit->pref->terminal->run programs in the VTE).
