#3 Garbage files in the po subdirectory

There are lots of garbage files in the po subdirectory
that don't belong there. Those include:

insert-header.sin
remove-potcdate.sin
Rules-quot
Makefile.in.in
boldquot.sed
Makevars
en@boldquot.header
Makevars.template
en@quot.header
quot.sed

It would be nice if those files could be deleted or
moved outside of the po directory.
