#172 "Require-Bundle: system.bundle" does not resolve

See [1] where I first raised the issue. OSGi spec says the following:

"The system bundle has a bundle symbolic name that is unique for a specific version. However, the name system.bundle must be recognized as an alias to this implementation-defined name."

When I use
Require-Bundle: system.bundle
it fails to resolve correctly in Knopflerfish 3.5.0. We get this error:
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Unable to resolve bundle: Failed to resolve required bundle or host: system.bundle

Fixed so that we can require system bundle.
