#76 Sort Resources in the resource tree view

Resources of each type (applications, language resources, processing resources) are now sorted by order of creation/being loaded. If there are a large number of resources, it is hard to find a specific one. Add a right-click option to the resource type in the tree (e.g. "Processing Resources") that allows to re-sort the list by either name or creation sequence.
