When creating new Processor Resources, the New PR dialog (new OntoGazetteer, new OrthoMatcher, etc) don't validate the user's entry prior to submitting. The problem with showing a dialog after you've dismissed the dialog, is that the user then has to re-enter the settings and try again. It would improve the usability of GATE for new users, if the dialog was submitted only after the entries in the dialog had been validated.

This was found on GATE Developer 5.0 build 3244 running on Java 1.6.0_13 on Ubuntu Hardy Heron.
