Gardenia ERP version 0.9.03

Gardenia is a simple J2EE Web based ERP/CRM/Business Management Software for Portuguese SMEs.

This is the third public release (0.9.03).

Major changes include:
- added more robust startup on desktop edition (on errors will wait/retry)
- added support for creating ORIGINAL and DUPLICATE PDF versions of invoices (and other documents) for printing, with the correct number of copies.
- added support for customizing templates (on desktop edition and enterprise edition), using jakarta velocity templates. Added 2 new templates for Gardenia, and changed the default one to "orange". (That's the reason this is called the "Design" edition :-)).
