#493 Custom Colums are not printed/exported to PDF/HTML

The pdf file does not have the custom colums in the
task list (Aufgabenliste) I am working with a german
windows 2000 SP4

Still doesn't print/export colums like start-date, end-date,
duration, ...
Useing version 2.02 windows xp
