While rate history can not be recorded during PHA mode a simple read out in CPM is needed. Place either in window specific numeric data field or upper left hand corner with battery, run/stop, etc.
Also added "RADIATION TOO HIGH" warning when rate too high for software to handle. This prevents negative rate values also. Warning is on both PHA and Rate windows.

Display changes to red when alarm exceeded, even if alarm off. The alarm off is just for audio alarm.
