Added To Sourceforge

The GameUI project has been under heavy development since the day it was started about half a year ago and I feel that it's finally ready to be put out for public display. It starts to be usable, the API might still change a bit but there are probably not going to be any major changes in it, and I do need a lot of feedback to be able to improve it. These are the reasons why I chose to sign it up on Sourceforge at this time.

There is still a lot of work that needs to be done before a stable release. GameUI now has most of its planned features implemented, most of the work left is to add support for all major graphic libs (so far only SDL is supported), and to implement all the remaining Widgets that are still missing. Another time consuming task will be to start documenting all the classes, though most of the common classes have already been documented.

The efforts will now continue towards completing the base system of the library. Some of the features that will be added includes drag and drop, image mouse cursors (with colors, not just b/w system cursors), key binding, and proper keyboard navigation. Adding new Widgets has deliberately been put on hold until the base system is completed since most Widgets will have to be reviewed again upon completion.

Check out release 0.2 and look forward to the next.
