#17 J2K plugin does not appear in list of plugins

I have installed 0.79-vv-3 with libj2k.
I select the j2kcodec plugin in preferences, but it
does not show up
on the list of plugins in the tree-view to the left.
I don't know if this means it's not installed or not,
as I have yet to test out viewing a webcam (I'm waiting
for my friend to call me again).

Plugins show up in the tree view to the left when they have
preferences. The libj2k codec plugin doesn't have any
preferences, its just either enabled or not. You will find
there's other plugins that come with gaim that are like this.
