I burn the ISO image to a CD and boot it up. After
configuration, I choose to write the settings to a floppy
disk. It returns Disk Error. It seems that GAG tries to
write to the CD instead of the floppy disk.

CD booting works by emulating a floppy from a file in the
CD. Since all the floppy disk drive is emulated, you can't
install GAG in a floppy unless you boot it from a real floppy.
