new release with xsdbXML interface, bugfixes

(yawns, stretches :) ) After my long nap I fixed all remaining test failures in test_gadfly.py and added an interface to xsdbXML (http://xsdb.sourceforge.net). I created a new file release to bring the release distribution in sync with the CVS tree.
