#44 icon flashing in roster is NOT ENOUGH!

I'm sure some people must like, but I'm not one of 'em.
I rarely have my Gabber window on the same desktop as
I'm working on; that or I've got it minimized.

I've got my preferences set to always open normal
messages and one-on-one chats which is great, but I
just now received a groupchat invite from someone, and
I only realized I had gotten it because I saw an icon
flashing next to the inviter's name.

I want an option to *always* present a window for an
incoming message, no matter what type it is.

I'd also *really* like to see the dock icon flash for
that kind of thing, for folks who do like that feature.
That provides visibility when the main window's hidden.

The Gabber status docklet does flash messages when they are
pending, and current CVS gabber will either auto-open all
events or none, it's just one checkbox.
