#407 Does not send composing tag

Gabber does not send <x
xmlns="jabber:x:event"><composing/></x> in outgoing
messages. It should be doing that to let other clients
know they should send the composing event in response
to a message from a Gabber user.

First off, yes, Gabber does. Second, even if it didn't, at
this point it is not /required/ to do so. The JSF has yet to
figure out a way to specify which extensions are required
for what kind of client. Nonetheless, though, I did spend
half an hour about a year ago to make Gabber send composing
events when requested.
