I'm a bit paranoid with temp files, as some apps just leave them there when they're not needed anymore. Once every while I check on my entire system to delete these files, leaving me with a few extra Gig.
As I see in the Icoming folder files of 0.0 kB size, I was wondering where the unfinished downloads are.
