#114 Zones in IPFilter to allow internal routed IPs

This was discussed in the forum but I wanted to make
an official request. The IPfilter compiler lacks the ability
to determine the correct interface for subnets that are
local but connected via a router. The Pix Zone
workaround was suggested and sounds like a good way
around this problem.
