#18 state of "buffered" check-box isn't saved

In the profile details dialog the state of check-box
called "buffered" isn't saved. When one checks it and
then clicks on OK next time the dialog is opened the
box isn't checked anymore.

However the state is taken over from the dialog. So if
one executes the profile now, this will be done in
buffered mode.

However the state of the check-box isn't saved to disk.
If you start FullSync next time you have to check this
option again.

use publish/update instead please. it's pretty much the same
as exact copy but uses buffering. the bug is that because
exact copy doesnt normally want buffering it's removed every
time.
