I am developing a TTS Engine for an Indian Language, i wanted to use some of FreeTTS's features for bridging my application with different platforms.

Hence i wanted to know weather FreeTTS is SAPI compliant or not.

Hi,

no, FreeTTS is JSAPI 1.0 compliant. Currently, I see no reason to make it SAPI compliant, since SAPI is .net.
