version: Freenas: 0.7.1 Shere (revision 4997)
Paltform : amd64-full on Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.00GHz
My server is a Dell poweredge 1800 with a raid SATA Raid card ( adaptec 2820SA) and six 1Tb Disk.
Every 6 or 9 days i receive a kernel Panic : Spin lock held too long
I only have iscsi service running and i Use for Vmware connection.
I have 2 external servers with Wmware esxi 4 and 5 Virtual Windows 2003 servers inside ( exchange, SQL Server, File Server,Printer Server,...)
after kernel panic i restart all the system and it works fine for six days more....
I don't receive any error during this time on Log.
How can i solve this problem?

Hi,
With the Atom 330 this is caused by the hyperthreading option. Look for instance in:

In my case I can't disable hyperthreading, but disabling powerd also helps.
