Just finished installing 4819, and when i logged in as admin, none of my shares were working, except the root ones. I looked at the status page, and it says "no disks configured" I went to look at disks, and my raid drive shows it is online as da1. I can't get any of my files to show.
image of no disks mounted
RAID array da1 showing as online still
can't see any of my shares now.
changing to lower priority because i fixed it by fsck'ing my disk, but my mount and system were working perfect prior to upgrade. I've reupdated to 4819 now and it seems to be working.
This sounds strange. OK, the 'no disks configured' problem is easy to explain. The start page (index.php) displayes the information retrieved by the file system and not by the hdd. This means if your mount points are not available, the start page is not able to display any information. I think the naming is a little bit confusing.
From distance i can't find out why your mounts failed. Maybe you can post the status.php output to get any hints.
I'm sorry, i was wrong. The start page displays the informations given my 'df'. Without sitting in front of the system it is like poking in the dark.
Votdev, I'm attaching my status.php page. I downgraded the status to a 2, because running a fsck on my disk seemed to have fixed the problem . The only reason I don't ask it be closed, is because my system was working perfect prior to this update, so something broke in the process. After Fsck'ing, I was able to remount and everything is good now, so it looks like a fluke, however if you have any idea why, I'd love to know.
