#23 Making tiff-files *really* CCITTFAX3 - conform

Hi there,

As I told in the forum, I got problems with images saved as tiff-files with option TIFF_CCITTFAX3.

(Tags in tiff-files setted by freeimage do not meet the specification as seen on

I fixed the problem by myself and added the patch (see Attachment).
