#49 new webgui: Highlighting active tab in mainmenu

I've created a fix to implimentation a tab like look and feel to the new webgui.
Extract the archive into /var/www/fog

Known issue: Login in takes about 2 minutes

    The new FOG system and GUI will likely break this capability. If you want to retry, maybe pass information to me on the forums and I can try to make it work, without a 2 minute delay on login either.
