Version 0.7.0

The version 0.7.0 is out.
The goal in the 0.7 series is to implement the multiplayer modus.

Changes to 0.7.0
* start with the multiplayer code: connecting with a different FreeDoko game and chatting is possible
* new rule: 'swines and hyperswines joint'
* extended hyperswines: in a game without nines the trump kings are hyperswines
* the translation files are now in the UTF-8 format
* known problems with the cards informations are fixed
