Tocc aimed to create a File Management system base on tags. For those who think it's very difficult to organize their files using traditional file and folders.
Project is in the early stage of development. Good thing is you can easily get yourself familiar with the project, because it still small. And you can learn a lot by designing and implementing parts of the project from scratch. Bad thing is there may be lake of documentation.

This seems like a promising prospect. I have experience in coding C++, but have never worked outside of a small group before; never contributed to a publicly available program. However, I'm pretty sure I can learn quickly and adapt.
