In this particular subforum, people talk about something that doesn't fullfit in other subsections, I mean something that is not about translations, testing projects and so on.
SourceForge hosts open source projects, if you want to start an open source project here you are welcome to do so.
Be aware storing files and creating an open source project are not the same thing.
If you will create a project then you can store your open source files in various ways.
