#357 search engine boolean logic is broken

I am getting I think getting OR instead of AND.

I wanted a blu-ray burning program or a program that has that capability. but I am getting a lot of unrelated stuff I have to wade through, I am acting like a human filter.
for one thing, I don't like soundex. if I want soundex, it's something I want as a search option I can turn on or off, but I want it off by default because of the sheer noise it generates.

it would also be even nicer if I could nested-perenthesize those ands and ors, and have not as well, and "" double quoted strings would be especially nice.
