#325 Suggestions for top downloads pages

Hi,

i have a complaint, i accidentally did a "back" shortcut (dont know how), n when i get back to this form my text was lost.

Now, mi suggestion to the pages:

You have a top download page
https://sourceforge.net/top
It has a "This week" "Top Download"
Its not in "top download" order, ej #3 Nagios has 14k downloads, #4 Openproj has 7k , #5 Pentahoo has 11k. 11k>7k, Pentahoo should have before Openproj.
It should have a "This month", "top download" page.
Both pages should have a link to list all projects with the criteria with navigation (previous, 1, 2, 3.... n, next).

You have a "Directory" page, eg:
https://sourceforge.net/directory/business-enterprise/
It has a "most popular" sort order, but it should have a "?" icon to know the criteria.
It should have a "Total download" sort order
It should have a "This month download" sort order
