windows have a misstake for show file-size < 1KB,
can you change you program to show file with Byte?
0Byte = 0B
1Byte = 1B
...
1023Byte = 1023B
1024Byte = 1KB
...
I'm using the Windows formatting routines for the sizes. It
would be nice to have more flexibility with these sizes, but
it currently works exactly as well as Windows, and is not a bug.
