Running the program simple_test on Ubuntu 8.04 (gcc 4.2.3) gives the following message in infinite loop:

FCMng: end of FIFO while reading dynamic library list!
FCMng: end of FIFO while reading dynamic library list!
FCMng: end of FIFO while reading dynamic library list!
FCMng: end of FIFO while reading dynamic library list!
...

Please help.
