Unable to transmit video over RTP(FMJStudio)

Hi All

My requirement is to develop a video chat applicaton capable of transferring video over the RTP.

To achieve the same i have downloaded FMJStudio and able to detect the webcam.

But when i click on Transmit RTP and then NEXT  getting the following error :**

DSCaptureException::FailWithException: hr=0x800705aa com.lti.civil.CaptureException: pMediaControl->Run() faile**d: 0

Please suggest the way forward
