It would be nice to be able to re-evaluate the current workspaces window placement and relocate them to their ideal locations to minimize overlap. Windows would not be resized, and tabbed windows would remain tabbed. This should be mappable with the keys file.

1.4.0 will have an "unclutter" action which provides this.
