At some moment I'v got lots of errors like that:

Can't write torrent configuration file /home/forty2nd/.flush/torrents/a2ffdb3192a43e5ec000d20b36a35f6e64b7165b/torrent.conf.new: Input/output error.
Writing torrent resume data to file '/home/forty2nd/.flush/torrents/a2ffdb3192a43e5ec000d20b36a35f6e64b7165b/resume_data' failed. Can't write torrent resume data to file '/home/forty2nd/.flush/torrents/a2ffdb3192a43e5ec000d20b36a35f6e64b7165b/resume_data.new': Input/output error.
W: Plan9.avi file (/home/forty2nd/ext/temp/Plan9.avi) error: Input/output error.
W: [Saving session failed] Saving session failed.
Can't write configuration file /home/forty2nd/.flush/daemon.conf.new: Input/output error.
Writing DHT state to file '/home/forty2nd/.flush/dht.state' failed. Can't write DHT state to file '/home/forty2nd/.flush/dht.state.new': Input/output error.
All torrents still work, but changes in torrents and client settings can't be saved. Deleting and re-adding torrent solves the problem with torrent settings, but not client settings. Client is running from the proper user, rights for all files looks like OK:

I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 and flush 0.8
Before errors occur I'v add rights to read my home directory to all users (which is not default) but have no clue how it might broke "flush".
What else to check?
Did you check your hard disk and filesystem on it? "Input/output error" usually used for physical read or write errors. I.e. the disk or other physical device hardware is returning errors.
