#11 Allow internationalized FreeLinks

was originally proposed by Vincent Yang).

FlexWiki supports FreeLinks using the square bracket
notation, like this: [link]. However, this does not support
Chinese characters. For example: [中文] does not work.

COMMENTS

It's very important to support a FreeLink to handle the
WikiSingleWordProblem, because there is no case in
Chinese, Japanese, Korean and some other asian
languages. Without this support, user will not be able to
create FlexWiki links, that is why Wiki has not generate
much interest in these area. However, it's important we
adopt a format which would be compatible with other
WikiImplementations. -- VincentYang
