FladsClassifieds: new version released

FladsClassifieds is a multilingual application for publishing classified advertisements.

New version includes new features:
- A form to reply to an advertisement has been added.
- A tool that helps regenerate admin's username and password is now available.

Bugs have been fixed:
- in the display of errors in forms,
- in the list of files to upload on the server in the install documentation.
