i have some flac and cues that are not working after I downloaded them.

I got them and tried Cog and the flac software
and i get errors...

here it is specific

can anyone tell me are these corrupted like I think?

or should I find just another program to decode them?

I can't tell without seeing the file but I would guess you need a newer version of the flac decoder (at least 1.2.0). if that doesn't work the file is probably corrupted.
