#393 Add replay gain suport fo higher sample rates

Hi,
the --add-replay-gain option shows this error: "ERROR: sample rate of 96000 Hz is not supported"
I think support for high sample rates should be added. According to this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?74996-Replaygain-and-high-res-audio&s=2d55eb17e0f6ee0512117b68e91d227b it's already there in foobar2000.

Support 56kHz to 19.2kHz gain analysis (Patch v4)

This implementation uses decimation to generate an estimate of the
required ReplayGain adjustment for tracks sampled at high rates.
