GT.M never implemented the Merge command, so you will need to use equivalent M code for now. It is on the list
of enhancements being considered for 2001.

Can someone tell me if the MERGE command is supported
in GTM, I've checked the docs and I cant find any
reference to it!

The docs section now contains a New Command Emulation Hack that may be useful in some cases.
