Thanks so much for your help on this. I'm still not seeing it. I hovered my cursor over each icon, and still couldn't find it using the balloon help I've attached a screen grab to this thread. Do you see it?

That signs me into the web site fine, but my 3 furthest right icons on the toolbar are still dimmed - and when pressed, still insist that I log in. The ban, the heart and whatever the other icon is.

2) Inside this folder, you should a folder named "firefm". Open it.
3) Inside this folder you'll see a file named "log.txt". Please send this
file to us.

I guess I don't see the log in button on the toolbar!
It's the second button from left to right, with a door and an arrow.

Ah, you have a customized toolbar. Well, you can do the same from the main menu.
Tools > Fire.fm > Log in

Jorge with the next update you guys should correct this problem with the login alot of people seem to be having problems with this
