#684 precompiled headers might speed builds

I try to cvs/svn update, build, and run adium, growl,
and Fire on a regular basis. Adium and Grow use .pch
(precompiled header) files, and the builds (the
individual file compiles, actually) seem to be
noticeably faster.

I'm perfectly happy to run my builds and tests either
way, but it might make things faster for some of the
developers and other daily-build testers. As a result,
I figured I'd file this but you can lower the priority
significantly.

Not actually a bug, so moved to feature request since that is more
appropriate. I have messed with pre-compiled headers, and the only issue
was libicq didn't properly build. I have worked around this and will modify the
project some time in the future.
