#19 build stable / unstable

it would be great to allow the user to choose the
stable or the unstable version of a package. the
'install stable' would be default but he could choose
to install the unstable version if needed w/o changing
the prefs/update tree.
as the info is in the fink db, it would be simple to
implement by issuing "fink install <pkg>-<vers>-<rev>"

This was actually in my to-do list already. I'd like to add
a command that brings up a dialog allowing the user to
choose any available version from a popup menu. It won't be
in 0.5.0 (which is next), but may be in 0.5.1.

However, if the unstable tree is enabled, I think install
unstable should be the default, as it is in Fink itself.
