EasyTAG is an utility for viewing and editing tags for
MP3, MP2, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, MusePack and Monkey's Audio
files. Its simple and nice GTK+ interface makes tagging
easier under GNU/Linux.

o View, edit, write ID3 tags of MP3, MP2, FLAC files
(supporting ID3v2 and ID3v1.x specifications), Ogg

Is this package for the 10.3 and/or for the 10.2-gcc3.3 tree?

Built and tested under 10.3. I don't see any obvious reasons
why it shouldn't work under 10.2-gcc3.3.

This package is installing its locales and docs directly into /sw/ which is
not allowed.

InstallScript: make install DESTDIR=%d
fixes the problem.

Also, you can't mv the files out of /sw/src. You should cp them.
