#836 Uncompatible license in fancy.xsl

The findbugs/ src/ xsl/ fancy.xsl is declared as LGPLv2.1+, but contains the following line (line 117 in the current trunk)

// permission is granted to use this javascript provided that the below code is not altered

But this is incompatible with the terms of LGPLv2.1+, so this code cannot be included to code declared as LGPL.
