FileVerifier 0.2.0.3656

FileVerifier 0.2.0.3656 has been released. This is a bug fix release. An issue where result files are written initially with the read-only file attribute has been fixed. The occurrence of the issue was not consistent, so some may not have noticed it. See the CHANGELOG for further details.
