Hide Subtitles in DirectVobSub (VSFilter) if subtitles are enabled in ffdshow.

Since a) the issue (ID:2981790) is not solved yet (VobSub subtitles keep disappearing) and
b) ffdshow (in Windows 7) is not loaded for some file formats no matter what (e.g. mpg, m2ts, ts)
It would be usefull if we could have VSfilter "active" (loaded when needed) and ffdshow could automatically set VSfilter, if present in graph, to "Hide Subtitles", to prevent double subtitles, if they are already selected to be rendered by ffdshow.
When VSFilter is loaded, I have noticed that its subtitle streams are included in ffdshow's embedded subtitle streams so I guess that would not be so much trouble.
I prefer to use ffdshow's internal subtitle renderer, when possible. It is much better than VSfilter because it uses the autosize option (depending on video resolution)

If you don't want to use VSFilter, then don't install it.

ffdshow loads fine on Windows 7 if you use a proper player like Media Player Classic. WMP12 sucks and uses its own crappy codecs. You can tweak that though with Win7DSFilterTweaker.
